Thank you for your comment. It is so valuable for us having accurate post readers like you.

Analogy in issuing the Islamic laws are not accepted and a law has to be found from one of the four ways which include reasoning (‘aql) as well. However, using analogy for understanding or specifying a fact has been used by the Holy Prophet (PBUH&HF). I’m sure you’ve heard about “Hadith Manzilat” which is:

یا علی، أنت منی بمنزلة هارون من موسی إلا أنه لا نبی بعدی

The Holy Prophet has used analogy to clear the position of Imam Ali (PBUH). This story was to say asking so many people to return to Ghadeer Khum place and asking the others to hurry for meeting up there was to say something extremely important not just to ask people to love Imam Ali (PBUH). The story tries to answer logically to those considering the meaning of “mawla” as “beloved person”.

Shia jurists prefer to apply reasoning (‘aql) rather than analogy (Qiyas) in order to address any situation.
Analogy in islam is haraam even though the two different situation might be very closely related
The first person to use Qiyas was shaitan when he compared himself to Adam.

Guys please remember these poor people. Famine has surrounded them badly. They are our Muslim brothers and sisters and just imagine, you were in their position, God forbid. How would you feel? The Almighty Allah (SWT) will refund your money much much larger.
